Prince Rupert’s Fairview Container Terminal was completed in September 2007 and is the first dedicated intermodal (ship to rail) container terminal in North America, offering a high-speed, congestion-free trade corridor between Asia and North America.
The Prince Rupert Port Authority is offering AGM delegates a tour of the Fairview Container Terminal on Wednesday, May 20 at 3 p.m. If you will have arrived in Prince Rupert by that time and would like to participate, please email the Prince Rupert Chamber office manager@princerupertchamber.ca or call (250) 624-2296.
Inspired! A Forum for Creative Chamber Solutions
Saturday morning will feature an exciting session giving Chamber representatives the chance to share their ideas. “Inspired! A Forum for Creative Chamber Solutions” will be open mic, affording delegates the unique opportunity to speak candidly about challenges they’ve faced and the ways they’ve overcome those challenges, and to gain insight from their peers.
You will not want to miss this interactive event. Come armed with your best ideas and plenty of blank paper for note taking. This session will be information-sharing at its freshest.
